Get your bot code from NAVI
After you sign up, NAVI sets up the chatbot and sends you a unique bot code (like nv_xxxxxxxxxx) tied to your website domain.

WordPress＋
- Recommended: install the free "WPCode – Insert Headers and Footers" plugin (Plugins → Add New).
- Go to Code Snippets → Header & Footer → Footer box → paste the embed code → Save Changes.
- Alternative: Appearance → Theme File Editor → footer.php → paste the code right before the </body> tag → Update File.
Shopify＋
- Go to Admin → Online Store → Themes.
- Click the ⋯ (Actions) button → Edit code.
- Open layout/theme.liquid, find the </body> tag at the end, paste the embed code right BEFORE it → Save.
Ladipage＋
- Open the page in Ladipage Builder → click Settings in the top bar.
- Select the Javascript / Tracking code section.
- Paste the embed code into the "Before </body>" box → Save and republish the page.
Haravan＋
- Go to Admin → Website → Themes → Edit code.
- Open layout/theme.liquid.
- Paste the embed code right before the </body> tag → Save.
Wix＋
- Go to your site Settings → Custom Code section.
- Click Add Custom Code → paste the embed code.
- Choose the Body - End location, apply to All pages → Apply.
Custom-coded site (HTML / React / Next.js...)＋
- Open your site's shared layout file (index.html, main layout...).
- Paste the embed code right before the closing </body> tag.
- Redeploy your website — the script loads asynchronously (async) so it won't affect page speed.
Important notes
- The chatbot only works on the domain registered with NAVI — adding it to another website won't run (this protects your account).
- The embed code contains NO password or secret key — even if exposed, it can't be used on another website.
- The chat interface runs in its own frame (iframe), with no CSS/JS conflicts with your website.
- Install once and you're done — all future knowledge-base updates are handled by NAVI, no need to touch the code again.
Troubleshooting common issues
The chat bubble doesn't appear?＋
Check: (1) the data-bot-id matches the code NAVI gave you; (2) the website you're viewing is on the exact domain registered with NAVI — the chatbot only works on the registered domain; (3) clear the website/CDN cache and reload; (4) if you use a JS optimization plugin (WP Rocket, Autoptimize...), add ai.naviwebsite.vn to the exclusion list.
The chat says "Chatbot not activated for this website"?＋
The domain you're on isn't in the bot's registration (e.g. added to a subdomain or a new domain). Message NAVI to update the domain — each plan integrates on 1 website.
The bubble shows but the chatbot doesn't reply?＋
Usually because the monthly AI replies are used up or the plan/trial has expired. Check your quota in the dashboard or contact NAVI.
Does the script slow down my website?＋
Negligibly — the script is only ~3KB, loads asynchronously (async) after the page renders, and the whole chat UI runs in a separate iframe so it doesn't touch your website's CSS/JS.
What if I'm not technical?＋
NAVI installs it for free. You just grant website admin access (or have your web manager follow this page) — message NAVI's Zalo OA and it's done.
